We had a 3rd party develop an app which was using the GeoLiteCountry product and an underlying database named geo.dat. Last database date we were using was 8/14/2010. We recently had them try and update to the latest database to account for some incorrect IP locations. They have stated that the latest database file is around 200K larger and is named geoIP.dat instead of geo.dat. When they try and load it, the site won't start. They believe it could be due to a file format change. Does anyone have knowledge of any changes to the underlying syntax/file format?
